Efforts to effect Constitutional Reform in Grenada defeated

The referendum to decide on modifications to the Constitution of Grenada, held on November 24th, resulted in a defeat of all seven Constitutional reforms as in each case the electors opted to vote against the proposed Bill. The referendum, originally slated to be held on October 27th, was postponed for a month to allow for more public education and stakeholder consultation.
