Swearing-In Ceremony of the Hon. Mr Justice Winston Anderson as CCJ President

On Sunday, 6 July 2025, the Honourable Mr Justice Winston Anderson will be sworn in as the fourth President of the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) during the 49th Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM). Mr Justice Anderson will be sworn in by His Excellency, The Most Honourable Sir Patrick Allen, ON, GCMG, CD, KSt.J Governor-General of Jamaica. The ceremony will feature remarks by His Excellency, The Most Honourable Sir Patrick Allen, ON, GCMG, CD, KSt.J Governor-General of Jamaica; Dr the Most Honourable Andrew Holness, ON, PC, MP, Prime Minister of Jamaica, Chairman of the 49th Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government; the Honourable John Briceño, Prime Minister of Belize and Lead Head of Government for Justice and Governance (CARICOM); Dr Carla Barnett, CBE, Secretary-General of CARICOM; and the Honourable Mr Justice Adrian Saunders, outgoing CCJ President.
