Visit the CCJ
Take a virtual tour of the CCJ Courtroom
Since its inception in 2005, the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) declared itself as a place for all citizens of the Caribbean, under the slogan of “Your People, Your Region, Your Court.” We remain committed to this idea, even as the Court has closed due to the pandemic, and public health guidelines now restrict in-person visits and group tours.
While we are closed, we are offering a virtual tour for members of the public to explore the Courtroom, and to learn about our current Bench and the judicial legacy of our former CCJ Presidents and Judges by accessing the Courtroom Tour Link.
Due to the ongoing COVID–19 pandemic, hearings will also continue to take place remotely, by video conference and the public is invited to observe the CCJ sittings, and keep abreast of court hearings that are live streamed and are also available to watch on-demand via the Courtroom Broadcasts page on the website or on our YouTube channel
Take a tour or observe a CCJ court sitting
Visit the CCJ at anytime during our opening hours; Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm. Take a look at the Schedule of Court Sittings to see when court is in session.
The CCJ facilitates guided tours of individuals and groups of no more than 20 persons. The tours lasts approximately 45 minutes, and includes a welcome message, followed by a walk through the building, a courtroom demonstration, and an opportunity to meet the judges and staff of the court. The structure of the tour may change to suit the needs of each group.
