CCJ Upholds Conviction and Sentences in Saint Lucian Shooting Case

On Tuesday 30 July 2024, the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) in its Appellate Jurisdiction delivered judgment in the appeal Marius Wilson v The King [2024] CCJ 17 (AJ) LC. The CCJ upheld the decision of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court of Appeal (Saint Lucia) that affirmed the conviction by the High Court.
