From 20 to 22 April 2026, the President of the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ), the Honourable Mr Justice Winston Anderson, visited The Bahamas to speak on the role of the Escazú Agreement in promoting the rule of law in the Caribbean at the Fourth Meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Agreement (COP4). COP4 is hosted by the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC). The Conference is being held for the first time in the Caribbean in Nassau, from 21 to 24 April 2026.
