Article 211 of the Revised Treaty of Chaguaramas confers that the Caribbean Court of Justice; “shall have compulsory and exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine disputes concerning the interpretation and application of the Treaty“. This is the CCJ’s Original Jurisdiction.
