Biography
Dr. Peter Maynard, Ph.D, FCI Arb was called to the Bars of The Bahamas, England & Wales, Trinidad &Tobago, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, St. Lucia and Antigua-Barbuda. He holds a B.A. (Hons) from McGill University, LL.M from Cambridge University, Jesus College. M.A., and Ph.D with Distinction in international Law from John Hopkins University. Dr. Maynard is Head of the Law Department, University of The Bahamas, Senior Partner of Peter D. Maynard and is highly regarded in the field of international commercial arbitration. He has practiced law for over 39 years. He is a member of the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn., Bahamas Bar Association, International Bar Association and World Jurist Association.
