POSITION OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
The Regional Judicial and Legal Services Commission invites applications for the post of Human Resources Manager. Applicants for this very senior position must have extensive experience and training in all aspects of human resource management including policy development and performance management processes. He/she will be required to work closely with the Chairman of the Regional Judicial and Legal Services Commission/President of the Caribbean Court of Justice.
Knowledge of HRIS software would be an asset. A very competitive compensation package including salary and allowances is provided.
- Post-graduate qualification in Human Resource Management
A degree in Human Resource Management; plus
- At least ten (10) years’ human resource management experience with a minimum of five (5) years at a senior management level.
