Public Advisory – Advisory Opinions of the Caribbean Court of Justice

Established in 2001, the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) serves as the region’s final court of appeal for acceding Member States and has exclusive jurisdiction to interpret and apply the Revised Treaty of Chaguaramas governing CARICOM and the CSME. In keeping with its commitment to public awareness and transparency, the Court has shared general information on Advisory Opinion proceedings.
