As of 10 January 2017, the Caribbean Court of Justice enables electronic filing through the Folio portal as enacted by Practice Direction 1 of 2016. E-Filing offers a convenient, cost-effective, accessible, timely and an environmentally-friendly way to file court matters at the CCJ. Parties can issue proceedings and file documents online at any time during or outside normal court office opening hours including weekends, public holidays and during court breaks.
